"Wood Furnace Love"
I actually enjoy when cold weather approaches because it means I can use my outdoor wood/coal furnace. The cost savings are wonderful and it heats up our home nicely. We have not had any issues out of it and can burn wood even if it is green or has gotten wet. I am glad we were able to get a unit that burns coal as well since this helps reserve our wood pile. I have told friends and family about the furnace and that we saved money by getting one.

"Would do it again!"
We bought our e3000 in 2008. The dealer was wonderful (and still is if we have questions or need something). It has no doubt been the best investment we have made. It keeps our house warmer than the heat pump, heats our water (allows us to turn our water heater way down) and lowers our electric bill during the winter. We love the fact that it does not have grates/an ash catcher. We have found that our stove does not burn wood near as quickly as a stove with grates (several family members/friends have stoves with grates) and allows you to get more out of what you burn. Maintenance is little and is not real hard to do. We make sure to get our water sample in and clean/inspect the fire box thoroughly before lighting off in the fall. The only thing I would change about it is a slightly larger door. Without a doubt, we would purchase another Heatmaster wood stove, and likely will should we ever move from our current residence.

"Dependable"
I have owned my 5000e for 4 years now. There's not a day that goes by that I wonder if I should have got something else. This unit is a rather simple design. It is clear that a great deal of its marketability is focused on build quality. While there are options for upgrades like an additional blower discharge unit over the fire base I could not imagine that it would ever be required. I am heating a hydronic floor in the basement in a 4800 square foot Adirondack Style A-frame with a lot of windows. Well I have a hydronic radiator in the plenum of my backup furnace, it is only used if I need a speedy charge of heat after I've been gone 4 longer than a day. I am only using one of the two supplied Outlets from this heat Master unit going into my house. I expect I will use the other for a heating garage when not build comes sometime in the future. I don't expect to need anything more than this unit and quite frankly I'm not sure I want anything else. Easy to clean, easy to maintain, easy to operate. Very Satisfied.

"This heat works for me"
My oil furnace went out during Thanksgiving in 2012. I'd been looking into an outdoor wood system because home heating oil at the time had went to $3.72 a gallon. No sooner than a 500 gal refill my furnace went ca put. Thankfully the house never caught fire from the melted wires. I jumped on the phone and called the nearest outdoor boiler dealer and asked if he could install me a system. We discussed size needs and he recommended a Heatmaster MF-3000e. This being an old 1 1/2 story cold wood framed home. He said if I could get a trench dug from the house to the location I wanted the burner he would be there first thing in the morning. By 7:00 am he was here. It was in the twenties outside and before 11:00 am he had my system installed and the house over 70 degrees inside. This is what I consider my best ever purchase. I have access to plenty of wood and this system works great even with green wood. Now I stay as warm as I want, get exercise gathering wood during the winter and sleep like a baby. The only issue I ever had was when first installed was a sticky air flapper. It seemed after every few hundred openings it would hang open causing it to boil over. No problems as the safety systems worked as it should have. The installer replaced the solenoid and all has performed perfect in the last 5 seasons. Staying as warm as I want, all mess outside and very little caring for ashes and maintenance, I'm very pleased with my system and would recommend this to anyone looking for the same.

"Performance & Factory Customer service"
We heat 16,400 Sq. Ft. With our stove and I can't say enough good about it. At 30 below, it just idles along and keeps the warehouse, shop and home at 74 degrees and burns little to no wood for being in northern Minnesota. Simple design, easy to maintain and almost fun to burn wood! If, there's is an issue, I guarantee you that the factory people do all they can as fast as they can to help in any way they can. I'm not easily impressed, but making the call to them will be a good thing, and not something you don't want to do. Would I buy another one! YES, IN A HEARTBEAT!!!!!!!!!

Review:
"Heat Master is the best!"
Growing up we always used an indoor wood stove for winter time heat. There's a few downfalls to using an indoor wood burner. The two biggest one's to me are having to keep the wood indoors and not being able to control the house temperature via thermostat. The Heat Master does away with both of those. It is a high quality stove that requires minimum maintenance. The biggest reason we went with Heat Master was because of our local dealer. These systems are pretty easy to install, which I did mine myself. Only suggestion I would have for someone installing a new one, is to add bypass valves on the hot water coil in the heat pump. This way you can bypass the coil and still use the a/c on your hvac unit. Which is very handy in the late Fall and early Winter. This allows you to still heat your water but the added benefit of a/c without having to let the stove's fire burnout. One of the biggest benefits, if not the biggest, is the indoor hot water. It's like having hot water on demand. I would highly recommend a Heat Master product to anyone. We've been well pleased with ours, which has been in service for six years.

"Electricity bill savings"
We purchased our Heatmaster woodstove after a hard winter and paying over $700/month in heating bills. It has more than paid for itself in the last several years. We had a few problems with the design of the eSeries but the customer service of Yoder Heating has been outstanding and we have had no issues the last few years. Not only does it deliver great heat to our house and a reduction of $500/month on our heating bill it also is great excersise for me and my family cutting and splitting wood!

"Great Product from Heatmaster"
This winter will be our third season using our Heatmaster. We purchased it from The Stove Depot in Lucas, Ohio. The boiler is used to heat our house and our 40x60 pole barn. We have been very happy with the boiler. We haven't had any issues with the unit at all. We did the installation ourselves and it was quite a bit of work but well worth it. The boiler has performed very well. The fan in the back of the stove keeps the fire going when the water temperature drops below 170 degrees. No worries about the fire going out like on a draft style stove. The removable ash pan and shaker grates make for easy ash removal. The large fire box door makes it easy to load larger pieces of wood. No need to split everything up really small. The large fire box only needs loaded 1-2 times per day even when the temperature outside is around zero degrees. We also have the option to burn coal in our boiler as well. When we compared a bunch of different brands of boilers, the Heatmaster came out on top.

"Thumbs up"
We have been very happy with our heatmaster ss. It has no problem keeping our house and garage warm through our sometimes brutal Michigan winters. Love the stainless steel construction and ash pan design. Easy to clean with minimal service required. We bought new in 2009 and have replaced the blower fan in 2016. Other than that just an annual water test. Would not hesitate to purchase another.

"Best investment still"
Since I bought this unit I have save more than $25,000 in propane cost. This heats my house, water and one of my garages. I have access to unlimited fire wood so it was foolish not Make the investment. I have had this now 10 year and not any issues what so ever. I would tell all that this is the bag for the buck . It has the best User friendly features and easy to run, especially the ash drawer. I looked at several before buying this unit and with pulling out ash drawer to empty it won me over compared to shoveling out the bottom weekly. 5 out of 5 stars!!!
