"My family loves this stove!"
I purchased my 7300e because of a great dealer that was able to answer all my questions. The whole purchasing experience was fantastic and my dealer Dylan was great to work with. I did a lot of research and Crown Royal was my choice and I do not regret the purchase. My family loves this stove!

"Best decision!"
I live in a small suburban waterfront community along the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. The unobstructed weather can be quite brutal. Being that my house is on pilings and gets hit by the cold on all 6 sides, it has always been a challenge to keep warm. Four years ago I made the decision to finally get serious about heating my home. I did research online and made visits to actual wood boiler users. Eventually, I made the decision to add underfloor hydronic heating and purchase a Crown Royal 7300e. I use it to heat my house, garage, domestic hot water, and my hot tub. My first winter with my 7300e I knew that I had made a smart decision. Now four years later, I can say that it's the best decision I have made regarding my home. When the house was cold, I promised my wife that she wouldn't have to endure another cold winter. With the help of my Crown Royal 7300e, I have lived up to that promise and then some. I am able to easily keep 80 degrees inside with warm floors, heated towel warmers and endless hot water. We spend most of our time indoors barefoot, in shorts and t-shirts. Thanks, Crown Royal for helping me be a hero to my wife.

"Burning 40% Less Wood with No Smoke"
I replaced a p&m 3444 with a Crown Royal Stoves 7300e and I canít believe how much more efficient it is. Iím burning about 40% less wood, and no smoke to deal with! The build quality is far superior than other brands, and the overall appearance of the stove is also great. Small details like the load button, class an insulated chimney, and simple design make a big impact and shows the amount of thought and care that goes into designing and building these stoves. Theyíre made in the USA with the USA made steel also! Extremely happy with my decision to go with the Crown Royal 7300e.

Last summer I made the switch to a Crown Royal 7400e. I had lots of questions about the gasification style stoves. I called and talked to Ryan. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. The stove itself works great. Very efficient... I'm set to use about half of what I normally use. It's great!!! Thanks Again Crown Royal!!!

"Flawless"
After an extensive nine month search for a stove, I finally made the decision on a crown royal stove. My decision was made due to speaking with the owner of the crown royal, speaking with owners of these stoves, and speaking with guys that toured the factory. From what I found, crown royal stoves are second to none and built right here in the United States. I knew this was a big investment and I wanted to make the right decision, and I am 100% certain that I did. My 7300e is well-built, runs flawlessly, and keeps my home and my garage warm. I recommend crown royal wood stoves to anyone and everyone looking for a Stove.

"Couldn't be happier"
I honestly can't say enough positive words about my new Crown Royal 7300e stove. I used to have a wood doctor conventional style stove and it was barely able to keep up with heating my 2800sf house and hot water. With my new Crown Royal, I am easily able to heat my house and I have also added on a 1600sf pole barn with minimal insulation and 14' tall walls. I'm using about the same wood now, with the added heat load, that I would have been with just my house and the old wood doctor. I couldn't be happier with the fit and function and ease of use of the stove either. It's super easy to clean and maintain and doesn't seem picky about wood at all. I researched for quite some time before deciding on a Crown Royal and I truly believe my research has paid off. The most robust build, simple electronics and superior customer service are what was the final deciding factor for me. The new style Pristine series is a home run in my book. Thanks for building an excellent product that I can be proud of.

"Flawless performance"
I owned a Portage and Main egr250 before and I now have the 7300e and I am burning at least half or less wood. I'm not tirelessly loading and checking the stove. The stove performs flawlessly and it is honestly a pleasure to run. I love the simplicity in design and the thought into the access doors front and back for easy cleaning and visual confirmation of cleaning. I can now keep my house comfortable without spending all day babysitting a stove. Thank you so much for making a great product and having such a great team behind it. Me and my wife can't be happier!!

"Best customer service and warranty"
I chose Crown Royal Stoves because of the warranty, customer service (the best), all stainless, and being reasonably priced! I heat our 3100sqft home and keep it at 75. The amazing thing about the 7300e is the wood consumption!! The first month I had it the temps were just above zero for the week. I used 1 split rick of wood that week and kept the house at 75 for our newborn Australian Labradoodle puppies!! It was awesome! Very, very happy with my decision to buy a Crown Royal Stove!

"Excellent performance"
I purchased the 7300e in Sept. 2018; So far the stove has been performing well. The only issue I have had was a failed Aquastat.......which was promptly replaced via manufacturers warranty. I will have a better opportunity to give a complete review after a completing a full heating season and summer storage & re-start for a 2019 / 2020 winter season. No problems heating my home/garage (1800sqft / 1200sqft) on a Blistery -28 January Day......Average Burn rate with a full load of wood is 10-12hrs (Seasoned Hardwood).

"Very impressed"
We were in the market for a replacement outdoor boiler as our first one, [different brand], only lasted 9 years before it started leaking water into the firebox. We looked at several brands, liked what we saw with Crown Royal, with both the stove and dealer. I am very impressed with the rapid heating of the water between cycles. There were a few small issues with the stove, but the local dealer reacted quickly to resolve. We are impressed enough with it that we are seriously considering buying another one for our business building.

"Well built with an amazing warranty"
I had an Empire Elite wood stove that rotted out after only 5 years of use (the company closed shop in my 3rd year, goodbye 10yr warranty). I went online and searched for wood boiler ratings. I was going to look at the top three. I went online and asked opinions of these stoves. Dylan Knapp contacted me and invited me over on a weekend to look at his Crown Royal. He showed me his personal stove and pointed out how well built they were (and they are). He showed me how to load and how easy they are to clean. They come with an amazing warranty that is hard to beat. All the reviews online were great. I was home only a few hours when I called him to order me a 7200e. So far I am not disappointed at all with this boiler and I don't think I will be.

"Cut wood consumption in half"
I am extremely happy with the purchase of my Crown Royal Stove!! It has literally cut my wood consumption in half and is by far the most efficient stove I have seen. I originally had a Central Boiler and that thing was a joke, it ate wood like crazy and rotted out on me. It smoked like crazy. That is another thing that I like so much about this new stove little to no smoke because of how clean it burns. Also, it is some of the best craftsmanship I have seen from any other manufacturer. Very well built. I was extremely happy with the financing options that were available and that it was extremely fast and easy to get approved. Honestly best investment I have ever made, worth every penny!!!

"Very pleased"
Hi, my name is Mike. I have been working in the heating industry for twenty- five years. Iíve been heating my two homes (6500 sq. Ft.) with a gasification outside wood boiler. The first boiler I used was a Central 2300e. I bought it in 2007 from Central Boiler. To heat the two homes, it took on average 17 full cord a year. After seven years of use, it started to leak and I spent a lot of unpleasant time dealing with customer service. After yet another long time of downtime, it was time to replace the unit. I considered the same unit, but after evaluating my experience with customer service, the amount of time and labor to maintain the unit running I choose to seek other options. I went to see many different boilers running in the field before deciding to purchase the Crown Royal 4300e boiler. The first year I had a small problem with moisture. Ryan and Cody worked with me to fix it. They were pleasant and easy to work within problem-solving. I have been running the boiler now for three years. The boiler has a good recovery and uses less wood, on average 11 full cords a year. There is also less maintenance to keep it up and running efficiently. I clean the full unit each week, which takes fifteen minutes. Twice a week I clean the lower chamber and that takes about 5 minutes to complete. There has been no downtime for repairs during the three years that I have been running this system. I am very pleased that I choose this boiler.

"The Best!"
I knew for about 2 years that I wanted to update my wood boiler at some point. I started my research mid summer of 2016 and started taking recommendations and comparing stoves. I compared everything from thickness of steel, steel type, water volume, efficiency ratings and overall ease of use. After a couple years of research, I came to the conclusion that Crown Royal Stoves (Greentech Manufacturing Inc.) were the most robust built, with the best of all worlds that I could find. I don't think you can go wrong with this company. They're honest, willing to answer questions and family owned. I'm happy with the purchase I made and can't wait to see what the future holds with this unit.

"Built like a TANK"
I purchased a Prestine Series 7400e and even took a trip up to visit the factory from my small town of Dansville, Michigan all the way up to International Falls, Minnesota.. These guys really have their stuff together. Their boilers are built like a tank from head to toe. I am heating over 7000sqft of home and work buildings. I am very picky about quality products, and this stove blew me away. Simple, yet rugged and efficient. I couldn't say more good things about how the owners and staff treated us upon our visit to the manufacturing plant. If your looking for a quality built, American Made Boiler...Crown Royal is for you!

"Why I chose the Crown Royal"
I chose this Greentech furnace based on the stainless steel specifications as well as the ease of cleaning the unit. When I first got the unit up an running, there were issues with getting the hot water across the heat exchanger. The temperature readings at the top of the water vessel were at least 20 degrees f higher that at the bottom of the vessel. When first bringing this issue up to the engineers at Greentech, their only response was that my wood was not properly season. I had to remain persistent to get them to come up with better answers. After a season of less than perfect performance, I came to my own conclusion that the zone pump pushing water from the boiler back to my house was undersized by the manufacturer, I changed the pump to a higher output pump, against their recommendations, and the problem was instantly solved. Since that modification the unit has performed perfectly. I heat a 2100 square foot 1790 drafty house. The house distribution system is part in floor radiant and part fin-tube radiation. Domestic hot water is heated by the wood furnace in winter and in summer I switch over to a hybrid electric hot water heater. During the first season of commissioning, I remained in communication with Greentech and they were responsive despite my frustration. It cost me $800 in plumber time, and pump replacement before the unit was running as it should. I only wish Greentech would have offered me some compensation for this out of pocket expense that ended up being a design flaw. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my Greentech e7300. I would never heat my drafty old New England house to the comfort level we are experiencing if we were burning a fossil fuel.

"Warm home with lower bills!"
We live in Northern Michigan in a home that was built in the 1890'S. We have insulated and updated a propane furnace but still were not warm enough. I was constantly aware of my energy bill and consequently kept the thermostat turned down lower than what was comfortable. Since we purchased our Crown Royal Stove we can very easily keep our home at 70 f and not feel expenses piling up. I live on a large parcel of wooded land and have all the wood I will ever need. I am glad we purchased the stove and recommend it to friends and family members.

"Great choice!"
Going on our third winter with our 7300e boiler. We are not new to burning wood but this is our first outside boiler. We moved into our old farm house three years ago and had the boiler installed. We burn wood exclusively so we can't compare it with anything else. It's hooked into our forced air furnace and keeps our 150 year old home comfortable. We also heat our hot water with it. We had some issues and your factory representatives came to our home and made modifications which made it run more efficiently. Last year we operated the boiler for seven months and burned 22 face cord of 18" wood. We chose the outside boiler for safety features and the mess stays outside. One of the reasons we chose Crown Royal is having the sales and support representative less than a half hour away.

"Excellent Outdoor Boiler"
I am heating an old 2100 sq ft 1790 Farm House with its fare share of air leaks. At the house we have a combination of radiant and hydronic base board heating. For domestic hot water we have a storage tank run off of one of the zones. I have had this boiler in use for five years. It is easy to clean, and relatively efficient with wood. Overall it is well designed. I like the larger water capacity compared to many other systems. The fiberglass insulation at the back of the unit is not great as you need to remove it when cleaning the unit. Crown Royals claims to r values are false, but then other manufactures make the same claims. When the temperature is 15 degrees and above, the boiler can be loaded every 14 hours. In subzero weather it is best to load every 9 to 10 hours. We keep our house very comfortably heated. Something we would not do if we were using an oil or gas boiler. My only complaint is that the unit was shipped with a zone pump for the lop zone that was undersized. I worked with the Crown Royal Engineers to try and figure why the house end of the loop was 30 degrees lower that at the boiler side of the system. The result was not enough heat at the house when the temperatures out were below 20 degrees. Against the engineers recommendations, I increased the size of the pump, and from that point forward the system has operated perfectly. I would recommend this boiler.

"RS7400"
My stove is one year and one day old today. It worked great for a year now the forced draft fan is sticking and pushing water temp to the boil point. I had a problem with getting my wayer sample back and contacted my dealer on November 4, 2017. I still have got and answer. I called the factory where these are made and was told to call my dealer.. I spent alot of money to buy a premium stove that I do not feel is even a good investment. I am not sure what my next stove will be but I do know it will not be a Crown Royal brand.

I installed these myself, and we haven't bought fuel oil in 12 + years. The crew at Green Tech are great to work with. Can't beat wood heat.

"Easy to use and great service"
I am so thrilled to be leaving a review for Crown Royal Stoves! One of the things that I really enjoy about the outdoor wood boiler is the ease of use and service. I spent $2,400 for one season of propane fill, four fills of 300 gallons. When I purchased my wood, I spent $2,100 for two years of wood for my outdoor wood stove. Not only that, I can cut it and load it and it keeps my home warm in the evening with only one full load and warm in the morning with a separate full load. Crown Royal Stoves as a company was excellent to work with in terms of servicing my unit. I had a problem with the inducer fan that needed replacement. The service person over the phone was willing to work with me after hours in making sure my boiler worked right. They had to send out a new part and worked with me to make sure it fit and my satisfaction was met. Thank you again so much Crown Royal Stoves! I will be going to you for my solid fuel needs.

Before purchasing my Crown Royal Stove I called around to different manufactures (all of them giving me their sales pitch). But Crown Royal Stoves was different and no pressure. They seemed much more genuine than the other manufactures I talked with. Now, I have had my stove going on 5 years now and it has paid for itself twice! I have received great customer service directly from the manufacture which is very rare these days. I would highly recommend Crown Royal Stoves. Especially after the last disaster I went through with a different manufacture. Make sure to actually call these manufactures before buying. A lot of them blow you off. Not Crown Royal Stoves.
