Burnrite is a discontinued brand of outdoor wood furnace. Burnrite was privately-owned and located in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.

Corporate History

Burnrite was founded by David Wilson in 2012. Burnrite wood furnaces, designed for outdoor installation, could heat an entire building and could be integrated into any existing heating system. The stoves were made with 97% American materials and parts, and with American labor. Burnrite furnaces were no longer manufactured as of 2016.

Product Lines

Several models of Burnrite stoves were available. The Model 152 held 152 gallons of water and could heat up to 3,500 square feet and domestic hot water, with an MSRP of $5,950.

The Model 228 held 228 gallons of water and would heat up to 5,000 square feet. It would also heat all domestic hot water including pools, hot tubs, etc., could hook up to four buildings, and had an MSRP of $6,950.

The XB4100 held up to 410 gallons of water and would heat approximately 10,000-plus square feet of space, with an MSRP of $8,950.
