"Buy Rheem if you like COLD Showers"
Just had to install a "booster" pump at the cost of $750 so that we could have hot showers in our master bath. Apparently the traps inside these water heaters impedes the flow so that we were getting only lukewarm/cold water. We have had our Rheem heaters, two of them, for less than a year. We have had nothing but problems. Nothing like spending thousands of dollars for hot water and getting cold showers. We lived in our home for almost 20 years with no issues until we bought these water heaters. Do not buy rheem.

"Nothing like a Rheem!"
I really don't know how old this Rheem water heater is because we just bought the house last year. But I can say it works unbelievable. We have turned it up to 120 degrees and the water is always ready and hot. In fact, 4 of us can take a 10 minute shower and still have hot water. I can't really say there is anything I dislike about it, at least not at this point. So far no repairs have been needed. If I do need to replace it at anytime in the future, I will definitely buy a Rheem. It just seems to be a really quality brand. And as far as recommending it to a friend, I already have. My neighbor's water heater went out a couple months ago and I suggested a Rheem to him. So all in all I would have to give the Rheem two thumbs up!

"Satisfaction with a Rheem Water Heater"
I've owned a Rheem water heater since 2007. I purchased it at Home Depot. I live in Florida and don't need to use it that much since I travel a lot for work. I like the heater because it does work, but sometimes it doesn't work that well. It recently stopped working but I would buy the brand again because it lasted a long time and worked well even though I had to replace it. I would recommend the brand to a friend. The heater did work how it should even though it messed up sometimes. I use water heaters mostly during the winter and it can sometimes make noises which can be annoying. I like the brand because it is familiar to me and I have a lot of family members and friends who have a Rheem also. I found the brand through a family member who recommended it to me. I think this brand is somewhat satisfying for me to use.

"I enjoy my water heater very much!"
I have owned this water heater for about two years after having to replace my previous one. I enjoy it very much, as it helps the water flow from any part of the house change temperature almost in the moment. It is also very durable, as it has lasted these two years without problems in a household with 3 people who enjoy very hot and long showers. With three different shower heads running at a time, the flow of hot water cools off moderately, so the effect of three shower heads going off at the same time is not as bad as it could be with competing brands and models. As far as its effectiveness, this model definitely does its job. I had to replace the previous one we had due to age and its faultiness in heating. This water heater was also very durable, lasting roughly six to seven years. Were I to be asked for a recommendation from a friend, I would definitely recommend Rheem, as they have proven they can produce high-quality products.
