Trane XV20i Heat Pump Overview

The Trane XV20i is a variable speed heat pump with an efficiency of up to 20.00 SEER and 10.00 HSPF. It features ComfortLink II communicating capability, allowing the system components to communicate for optimal performance and efficiency. The unit has a Climatuff variable speed compressor which maintains consistent speeds to avoid temperature swings, and a compressor sound insulator provides reduced operating sound levels. An all-aluminum spine fin coil improves heat transfer while resisting corrosion, and an integrated fan system with a blade-down design improves performance while reducing sound levels. The unit is protected by full-sided galvanized steel louvered panels with a powder paint finish and a WeatherGuard II top, and its DuraTuff basepan is designed to resist corrosion.
