Slant-Fin Sentry Boiler Overview

This boiler has been in my home for about a year now, and so far I am happy with the purchase. It was recommended to us by our neighbor who had recently had one installed, and we have already recommended it to a couple of first time home buyers we know looking to make some improvements. The unit itself is small, which is a plus for the area that we store it in, but still rather heavy. It feels more sturdy and well built comparatively to the boiler it replaced, and it was also more efficient on our pocketbook this winter. We were not only able to keep the house warmer this year, but we also saved about 200 dollars from the previous year's gas bill. So far we haven't needed any repairs, but we did put it on a yearly maintenance plan just to be certain.

I've had my Sentry Slantfin Natural Gas Boiler for about a year and a half now. It works like a charm and keeps my family and I very warm during the cold nights of winter. I love that it works just like it says on the package and that it was very easy to install. We've had nights where the temperature drop well below zero and it still keeps us so warm! The only negative thing I can say about it is that it is very heavy, but as long as you have someone to help you while you're installing it, the whole process is a breeze! We've never had a problem with it at all. If and when it breaks down and can't be fixed, I would 100% buy this same brand again. I would and have recommend this product to a friend and/or family. I even convinced my parents to purchase one when their boiler broke last winter! This is definitely a great buy and well worth the money.

i m very happy with the features this unit has. it a great price for a great product. i bought this product 1 month ago i did lot of research before buying this product. The Slant Fin gets good reviews consistently. The instructions are clear and I pretty much had no trouble with the install. If the installer says not to use the Z-Flex chimney liner tell them you want it anyway. It is the best way to keep the fumes from entering the house from the chimney. You cannot cut corners on the installation cost–if you do, you will pay for it many times over with service calls and cold nights and no hot water. If you have a good installation, you will have a good trouble-free experience. what i dislike about this is boiler is the customer support of the company and manual is not very detailed. but i will recommend this to my friends and family

I have owned this boiler for over a year. I like how efficient this boiler is. It saves me over ten dollars every month compared to my last boiler. I also like how reliable this boiler is. The thing I dislike about the boiler is the amount of noise it makes. I feel as if the boiler is a little too loud. I never had to repair or replace the boiler since my purchase of it. I have had zero problems with the boiler since the purchase. The installation was smooth and seamless. I would definitely buy from Sentry again. I would also recommend to any family or friends to purchase a Sentry boiler. This is the best boiler that I have ever owned. The market price was a little expensive but I feel the quality of the boiler definitely makes up for the high price point. Usually when you spend a little extra for home appliances you are just wasting your money in my opinion but this boiler was definitely worth the extra money.

I recently moved into a new smaller home, and the previous boiler died. I replaced it with a sentry slantfil natural gas boiler, and I couldn't be happier. It runs great and makes a minimal amount of noise. I haven't seen any wear and tear in the last few months, so I'm hoping it will last at least a decade. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
