Had the boiler for four years and have had no heat or hot water issues once a year. Avoid at all costs.

"Stay away"

Like many other reviews, this thing has been nothing but expensive problems. Yes it runs clean, but that's all it does. It drips and leaks. And every time heating season comes, I have to service it to work properly. I'm not sure if it's an install issue. I'm done with the clown that installed it. But what a pos. To top things off, I can't get in touch with NTI. I'm wondering if they went under.

"New NTI boilers no good"

1.0 rating
Very Unsatisfied

Have 2 new NTI boilers, both are 2 years old or newer, nothing but trouble. One heat exchanger has a hole in it, the other nothing but problems. Will not stay running. Both are out of commission and laying on basement floor. Cannot seem to get help by company to help replace or money back. What a waste dealing with this company. It's been 3 months trying to get help, nothing. Cannot believe the poor response time dealing with this. I own 10 apartment buildings and have influence in statewide landlord association (MAOMA).

"Junk over time"

1.0 rating
Very Unsatisfied

We had no issues with the install but have had problems with the quality. After 1 year I had to get a new igniter. Pretty much have to install a new one every year or epsecond year. After 5 years, the entire inside is burnt out and needs to be rebuilt and the carbon monoxide levels are far beyond safe levels so now a red tag and waiting for heat. I will send the repair bill Roth e company and see if they really warranty their work.
