The Mitsubishi Mr. Slim is a split-ductless air conditioner with an efficiency rating as high as 30.5 SEER. It uses a multi-part filtration system to reduce contaminants in the air, and an inverter-driven compressor and zone control help provide comfortable temperatures while saving energy. The Mr. Slim features sound levels as low as 19dB, and select units feature the i-see Sensor, which scans the room for trouble stops and makes adjustments. The unit’s remote control allows the user to control many functions, including temperature and fan speed, and also has a timer setting.
I bought three of this air conditioner and two broke in less than two years and one just broke within three years This inverter Aircon I would never recommend to anyone and their price is expensive compare of other aircon
I have had this unit for 5 years and it's nothing but a money pit. I have replaced the bearings, compressor and now a coil. Very expensive. Never again. Every time it's repaired the guy says I have never seen so many problems. Remember, don't buy.
"Don't buy Mitsubishi AC"
I purchased a Mitsubishi(Heavy Ind) Inverter AC in June 2014 in Surat. Suddenly in August 2015, after 13 months, the AC stop working. I handed over the matter to the Surat authorized service center. They visited several times, took the inside unit and outside unit PCB & did a lot of research. Finally, after 45 days of long service time, they declared that the outer unit PCB is not working, hence you need to pay 14000 rupees for a new PCB. The irony is that I bought the AC for 50,000 thousand and they're asking 14,000 rupees for repairing charges which is 30% of the cost! Can you imagine any AC will give you such trouble ! My clear view is: 1) Very very poor service: Service is too lethargic, they never call you. Every time you have to follow up. They don't have a proper person to repair the AC. My AC took almost 45 days to repair & still I am waiting to start. They just gave me a discount on the PCB to 10700 rupees. For that I called their Delhi Office(International Aircon) Mr. Shailendra to resolve the matter. 2) Product is having very poor quality. Can you imagine, after paying 50000 rupees, after 13 months 15000 rupees is the repairing cost !! My Sharp AC is working since the last 6 years at home without any problem. 3) All the people in Mitsubishi heavy ind(International Aircon) look like a bunch of monkeys. They never listen, never see and never speak to the customer unless and until you shout. My recommendation: Don't buy a Mitsubishi Inverter AC.
"Never work corectly"
Installed in 2006 by reputable ac company. Two years later, board burned down. Cost $450 to repair. Now expansion valve is stuck. I don't think I will fix. This product is piece of garbage. Do not recommend Mitsubishi to anyone. Save yourself a trouble, buy something else.

Mr. Slim Warranty
Product registration is required within 90 days of installation for maximum warranty coverage. The warranty for the Mitsubishi Mr. Slim air conditioner is comprised of the following:
10-year parts warranty
10-year compressor warranty
If the system is installed by a Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc. (MEUS) Diamond Contractor and registered within 90 days, the parts and compressor will be warranted for 12 years to the original homeowner. If the unit is not registered within 90 days, it reverts to a 5-year parts and 7-year compressor warranty. The warranty does not cover labor costs.
