Luxaire Acclimate Air Conditioner Overview

The Luxaire Acclimate air conditioner is available in three product lines — the AL8B, AL6B, and TCHD. The AL8B, a two-stage unit with an efficiency rating of up to 18 SEER, was named an Energy Star Most Efficient 2015 product. The AL6B is an Energy Star qualified, single stage unit with an efficiency rating of up to 16 SEER. The TCHD is a single stage unit with an efficiency of up to 16 SEER, available in single-stage and three-stage models. Acclimate air conditioners all feature the SilentDrive comfort system, which includes a swept wing fan, sound enclosure and composite base to provide lower operating sound levels.

Acclimate Warranty

Product registration is required within 90 days of installation for maximum warranty coverage. The warranty for the Luxaire Acclimate air conditioner is comprised of the following:

AL8B

Limited lifetime compressor warranty
10-year limited parts warranty

AL6B

Limited lifetime compressor warranty
10-year limited parts warranty

TCHD

10-year limited compressor warranty (1 phase)
5-year limited compressor warranty (3 phase)
10-year limited parts warranty (1 phase)
1-year limited parts warranty (3 phase)

10-year parts warranties revert to 5 years if the system is not registered within 90 days of installation. Does not apply to 3-phase models or internet sales.
