The HeatMaster G Series is a gasification wood furnace approved for indoor and outdoor installation. The gasification process reduces wood consumption, and its low maintenance design allows easy loading and cleaning. It is available in water capacities of 100, 195 and 250 gallons and a heating capacity of up to 350,000 BTU. The unit is constructed of 409 stainless steel for greater heat transfer and tolerance and features heavy duty multi-layer insulation. An insulated hinged rear door provides easy access to the rear of the furnace, and a dual firebox door latch is designed for safety. The 2016 starting price of the G Series wood furnace is $8,495.00.
You may want to look at their previous ventures with stainless steel and where they are today, aka Pacific Western, Global Hydronics, Wood Doctor…all went out of business so the warranties are not worth the paper they are written on.
"Heatmaster is unbeatable"
G200 is a super efficient stove! I am heating 2000 sq ft and running ice melt on a 300 square ft patio. I could easily heat another 2000 and a pool. Never have to worry about running out of hot water with a 20 plate heat exchanger. Smoke bypass and handle for cleaning heat exchange tubes are amazing features you won't find on any other stoves. I did the complete installation myself with no problems. East to maintain. Easy to clean. I purchased the stove from Rob at RLS Energy in Eaton Rapids, MI. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
"I love my G400"
This g400 has been awesome. Efficient with wood, East to maintain. Easy to clean. They have covered most features you would want in a wood stove. Outer finish is the best. Cleaning the upper chamber, simple. The by pass damper is the most notable feature. Takes away most of the blow out when opening the door, makes loading much more pleasant. A real safety item. Any adjustments to the door seals are simple and well though out. Awesome stove
"New and improved!"
Two years ago we lost our outdoor wood furnace to a horrific fire that took out 30 homes in our area. Within two and a half months I was back up and running with the newer improved Heatmaster g Series Wood Furnace. The upgrades to this model are just what was needed. No more flames licking out at you as you fill it. Easier access for ash clean out. We heat our home with forced air and our hot water is heated by hot water coming from the wood furnace. Lower household heating and water heating costs. I have recommended this brand and furnace to many people considering the switch from indoor wood stove to outside.

"Furnace operation, poor blower"
Furnace is very efficient, burn clean, use a lot less wood and 3/4 less ash than the last wood boiler. However I have one problem, the blower is flimsy if one of creosol collect on the wheel it destroy the motor before the season is out. recommend a motor with a stronger bearings
Online comments regarding the G Series seem to be mostly positive. Most responses to a homeowner on outdoorwoodfurnaceinfo.com who was thinking of buying one were very positive and said that it is a great unit, though a couple did mention that gasification units require more care than conventional units.
