HeatMaster G Series Wood Furnaces

HeatMaster G Series Wood Furnace Overview

The HeatMaster G Series is a gasification wood furnace approved for indoor and outdoor installation. The gasification process reduces wood consumption, and its low maintenance design allows easy loading and cleaning. It is available in water capacities of 100, 195 and 250 gallons and a heating capacity of up to 350,000 BTU. The unit is constructed of 409 stainless steel for greater heat transfer and tolerance and features heavy duty multi-layer insulation. An insulated hinged rear door provides easy access to the rear of the furnace, and a dual firebox door latch is designed for safety. The 2016 starting price of the G Series wood furnace is $8,495.00.

"Heatmaster G200"

5.0 rating
Very Satisfied

I have only had my G200 furnace for 1 year now, but so far I have been very pleased with its ability to heat my house, wood shop, and hot water heater. I only have to load it twice a day and clean out the ash once every 2 weeks. The distributor was very knowledgeable about the equipment and installation techniques. I would definitely buy this again.

The furnace itself, works very well. One load of wood makes an easy 12 hours when temperature is down to -15c. Mine is installed in the garage and with the induced draft , there is no smoke when I open it to load. Hash is very easy to remove once a day. That little boiler is perfect for me. I had a problem last year and it took a month to fix. The dealer didn't have any service men on the road! I had to find the problem myself ( a crack in the welding), which is not my job at all and after all the testing and checking, he sent a contractor to fix the welding. I had to use my electric heating system for a month, which costs a lot more.

"Awesome and knowledgeable dealer, Homer Freeman"

5.0 rating
Very Satisfied

From the beginning when I first started considering installing a g200, the dealer, Homer Freeman, walked me through every aspect of this product. From installation to every day use for heating our house, water and pool he explained everything. He was there for the installation and when I have a question, he is always accessible. He stops by to check on the unit, as well. I cannot praise him or the g200 series enough. Has saved me thousands this year on my electric bill.

"No smoke"

5.0 rating
Very Satisfied

Had 5 months of running with the furnace cut my wood use way down and no smoke if you see smoke it is not burning right. Small learning curve and more maintenance when compared to my old furnace but the wood usage and no smoke well worth it.
