Nothing but issues in the 4yrs of ownership – I feel bad for my plumber as we aren‚Äôt the only homeowners he has installed these for and they all have similar issues….and that err 11 is back again. Interesting we went 9 months without an issue – so we thought we were finally going to have a winter without issues. Well that was just wishful thinking. Apparently HTP is so familiar with the issue (design flaw) the wrote a software bandaid for it that makes sure it cycles the valve ever day for your forced hot water so it doesn‚Äôt stick closed..so they replaced it ..under warranty..still cost me $200 for labor..oh and they needed to install the latest software for that bandaid cycling function… now instead of us not having forced hot water heating the house we don‚Äôt have any hot water for showers as well.. ER 11 again..power cycling not working..sad really- I feel bad for any home owner who has this product..seems they‚Äôre needing to visit my home again…

"Mine is 2.5 years old and we have had problems with it from day 1, we were told from our furnace company they have calls consta"

These are junk. I know of 6 in my area that have constant problems with these boilers. Mine is 2.5 years old and we have had nothing but problems every winter. Our heating repair company said they were junk and 3 winters we have had this thing repaired 10 times. Now it will cost us mega to get a new system. I will go with wile-McClain this time. My lawyer said we will get a full refund but we need to go to court with the company. They will not answer their calls and will not call back.

Its been 2 years and the boiler broke! Customer service is hard to deal with… Please, don't buy this brand. If you get it for free try to recycle it and buy something decent.

Bought this unit in Oct of 2017. Had nothing but problems for 3 months. Figured out myself that the blower fan was freezing up because it was cold out. Removed the intake boot to allow fresh warm air in and managed to keep it going for another month. Had to reset multiple times with err11 constantly going off. Got a tech on the phone and managed to diagnose a leaking fire tube. Put in for warranty and received a new unit. Installed again and started getting the odd err11 but not as often as before. Ran throughout summer and most of fall. Now, whenever it gets cold out I am getting err11 again. This boiler is not reliable. If I had my time back it would go right back to the distributor. So extremely unhappy with it.

Broke again. No hot water this time is the latest problem. In 2 1/2 years, at least 7 service calls. Buyer beware.Buying an HTP furnace was the biggest mistake I ever made for my home!
