"The worst central unit ever made"

Very Unsatisfied

I am a certified HVAC Technician and installed about 10 of these units from 2007-2011. Six of them had the fan motor or the compressor burned out before 3 years. The A/C suppliers in Louisiana who sold the units stopped because of all the failures. The customer service was very bad. It took weeks before the part would be shipped to your area. You can't buy parts that properly work for those units! Very, very bad!

This product has been a real nightmare. Its been 3 months since I reported a problem with this unit and I still have no resolve. Its ten year warranty may take that long to get fixed or shipped to the west coast. I don't recommend this product unless you have money to burn.
