"Very poor quality"

I have had this furnace for 12 years and had to have the digital board replaced 5 times. Very costly and very irritating every 2 years.

I lived in 10 year old construction. Every two to three years the circuit board is fried. How is that possible? I one of many on my block . A claim was filed with Goodman corporate, which was a waste of time .They are standing by an original 5 year warranty. I’m sure history will repeat itself, so in two to three years it will have to be replaced again on me. I’m one of several people of which this has happened to. Next step: small claims court.

Installed in Nov 2005, first year control board fried, replaced lasted 3 years. Told was too hot inside cabinet. Double piped exhaust flue, you can put your hand on it when furnace is running. Also ran without the door on. Lasted another 3 years. Just installed the fifth control board Feb 2014. The last two boards showed no signs of a heat problem. You just have junk boards. Made in china I think !! Will never recommend any of your products, if anyone asks well you know junk.

This furnace is not even 7 years old. I have had nothing but problems. Within 2 weeks the control panel fried….of course not covered. I have had the heat filament replaced 3 times the heat exchange once the heat sensor twice. It never lights consistently. I have had no customer satisfaction.

Sitting here today with no heat. We have just blown our 5th mother board. This is absolutely ridiculous! I do not know how this company can get away with this. Count me in on a lawsuit!
