Garrison produced residential and commercial heat pumps and air conditioners. Garrison was a trademark of Interline Brands, which is owned by Home Depot and headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. Home Depot had net sales of $100.9 billion in 2017.
Garrison was a trademark of Interline Brands, which was formed in 2000 as a merger between two businesses, Wilmar Industries and Barnett, Inc. Interline is one of the largest wholesale distributors of maintenance, repair and operations products in the United States, with approximately 4,300 employees. Interline Brands was aquired by Home Depot for $1.6 billion in 2015.
Garrison’s line of HVAC products previously included electric and gas water heaters and furnaces, but the company sold only heat pumps and air conditioners. Garrison heat pumps and air conditioners come in 13 SEER, 14 SEER, and 16 SEER models. The 13 SEER air conditioners and heat pumps are available in models that use R-22 refrigerant as well as models that use R-410A refrigerant.
Garrison air conditioners and heat pumps are covered by a 10-year limited warranty that covers all parts for residential applications. For commercial installations the warranty is 1 year, and multi-family housing installations carry a 5-year warranty.
Products also come with a 1-year Quality Pledge to the original owner to replace the unit if the compressor fails in the first year of operation. Product registration is required to qualify for the parts warranty and pledge agreement.
