Embassy, located in Farmingdale, NY, was acquired by P&F Industries in the mid-1960’s. The company continued to be a part of P&F Industries until 2005, when it was acquired for $8 million by Mestek Inc. The Embassy line is made up of two gas-fired wall-hung combi boilers. The Onex is a condensing boiler with an efficiency of 91% AFUE that runs on either propane or natural gas. It is available in both “combi” and “heat only” units. The combi unit has a 4 GPM semi-instantaneous domestic hot water coil, and the heat only unit can be easily piped to an indirect-fired storage tank.
The Celsior is a near-condensing boiler with an efficiency rating of 85% AFUE that runs on either propane or natural gas. Like the Onex, the Celsior produces 4 GPM of domestic hot water.
Embassy boilers are covered by a Limited Lifetime heat exchanger warranty, prorated after the 10th year, and a 1-year parts warranty. Labor costs are not covered by the warranty.
