Castle is a brand of pellet stoves produced by Ardisam, Inc. Ardisam is a privately held company based in Cumberland, WI (USA).

Corporate History

Ardisam Inc. was founded in 1960 as a small metal fabricating shop. Nowadays Ardisam Inc. is a manufacturing company and owns Castle, along with several fishing, hunting, and farming equipment brands. The company’s team of specialists includes the design team (engineers and artists), welders, fabricators, machinists, sourcing managers, quality control staff, customer service specialists, warehouse and logistics teams.

Product Lines

Castle is represented with one model: Serenity. This is a programmable wood pellet stove with a stated heating capacity of 1,500 sq. ft. and 40 lb. hopper capacity. Serenity has an automatic ignition feature, hopper and vacuum safety switches, built-in air wash system, adjustable thermostat, adjustable feed rate, air wash system, rear heat shield, side heat shield and top loading ability. Wall or corner mount types are available.

The stove is high-temperature, paint-over temp protected and approved for use in mobile homes. The model is EPA certified.

Warranty

Ardisam Inc. warrants the Castle Pellet stove to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. During that one-year period, Ardisam Inc. can, at their discretion, furnish parts to correct any defect caused by faulty material or workmanship. All electrical components, such as but not limited to blowers, wiring, vacuum switches, speed controls, control boxes, switches, pilot assemblies, thermostats, and igniters, are covered under the one-year warranty. All warranty replacement of parts is the owner’s responsibility.

The company has authorized repair centers in Menomonie, Rhinelander, Seymour (WI), Traverse City, Battle Creek, Jackson (MI), Kankakee (IL), and Vandalia (MO).
