I have owned this furnace since purchasing the house. I have had trouble with it ever since. While it does a satisfactory job of heating the house, it makes every noise possible while doing so. I have not needed to repair or replace this furnace. The only serious issue I have with this furnace is the amount of noise that it makes when it turns on. It keeps me awake and even after I fall asleep I find myself waking up to the furnace starting up. I would not recommend buying this furnace if you need your sleep!

Pos. I have to blow out the pressure sensing line almost daily for the furnace to operate.
