The Bryant Plus 90t is a two-stage four-way gas furnace that has an AFUE rating of ninety-three percent. The Bryant 90t is also known by the model number 352AAV.
The two-stage heating process provides consistent temperatures throughout a residence and allows the furnace to work more efficiently on days with low temperatures outside. Special features include the ability to control the fan speed from the thermostat.
Over the week end the main circuit board caught on fire. Melted all kinds of wires and literally the circuit board. Cost just for this board over $600 and this was an off brand board, not a Bryant circuit board. My house could have burned down and all customer service said was oh well not in warranty. I highly recommend with this type of support to never buy their product. Be forewarned. If there was a way to put a picture of this board here I would and you would see why this bothers me so bad. So if you are smart and looking for a furnace do not buy a Bryant.

"Down Draft Furnace"
5.0 rating
Very Satisfied
Very quiet, no problems at all. We just do not hear it! Heat is even throughout the house. Only wish they told us we could use a dehumidifier or air exchanger with this furnace. Our house is small but heats for under $400 including the gas hot water tank per year. We are currently putting a foundation under the back laundry/pantry room and adding a 16′ 6 x 13′ addition and this will bring us up to 907 sq. ft.

I purchase this furnace in 2000 it hasn’t needed a repair yet. It’s quiet and seems to use 1/2 the gas my old Rheem used. I definitely recommend looking at Bryant if you’re in the market for a new furnace.
