Question and Answers

Heater does not come on. Red light flashes and there is a beeping tone.

Red light flashes are usually a diagnostic code. Count the flashes before a pause. On the inside of the door panel is usually a chart for the codes. The reason it wont come on

is probably a lock out for a safety failure (non-ignition, vent failure, over heating due to bad blower motor, etc.). If you turn off power the codes are usually lost and the board resets. Cycling power may get you heat but first you need to determine this cause of failure or it will happen again. Please seek a professional for repairs.
