The Aire-Flo CG95 is a discontinued single-stage, multi-speed, high-efficiency gas furnace. It had an efficiency of up to 95.0% AFUE and was Energy Star qualified. The four models of the CG95 ranged in heating size from 40,000 to 100,000 BTU, with a 1 1/2- to 5-ton cooling capacity. The unit featured an aluminized steel primary heat exchanger with crimped seams and a stainless steel secondary heat exchanger. The slide-out blower was easily removable and featured a permanently lubricated motor for low maintenance. The heavy-gauge, prepainted cabinet resisted corrosion and featured a right or left side electric and gas entry. The CG95 was available in upflow/horizontal models.
Call to talk about warranty. Asked to speak to supervisor. Was transfer to some number, left message asked to be called back. No one called. Poor service.
"7 service calls in 4 years!"
Purchased the Aire-Flo at the recommendation of a local heating & cooling Company. It is important to say that the company, Sharp’s Heating & Cooling, is no longer in business. The purchase date was November 11, 2010. The first service call was September 10, 2011, at which time a gas valve was replaced. Since that date another gas valve, two pressure switches, and a control board have been replaced. On two other occasions service calls were required due to the unit not starting. The hundreds of dollars spent on service calls would have more than covered a more dependable furnace, had we known Lennox built such inferior products. I am requesting reimbursement for service calls and a new furnace from Lennox.
The pressure switch seems to have a high failure rate as indicated by other reviewers. Mine failed after a couple of years. I was able to troubleshoot and repair it myself but was disappointed with the lack of available parts. I ordered it on Saturday and it arrived on Thursday. Fortunately, it is only down to the upper 40’s at night, but still an uncomfortable week. The parts should be locally available. There are only a handful of independent distributors in the U.S.
Unit keeps not working. Mind you it’s 2 yrs old and it’s 12 degrees out!!

The CG95 is covered by a 20-year limited warranty on the heat exchanger and a 5-year limited warranty on parts. A 10-year extended parts warranty is available which covers parts for an additional 5 years beyond the basic warranty period.
