I paid 1100 to replace my york affinity blower. Did I get a fair price ?

It's hard to say based on the information you've presented. What's the model number of your heat pump?
It depends on exactly which blower motor you needed to replace. Some motors cost around $150, some cost around $550. Then, you need to figure labor costs -- and fully loaded labor costs can easily approach $150 per hour depending on location. (By fully loaded I'm including the actual work time, time to diagnosis the problem, travel time, and business overhead -- administrative costs, insurance, benefits, marketing, etc).
$1,100 doesn't necessarily sound extravagant -- if you think 4 hours @ $150 per hour, plus $500 in parts.
Hope that helps!
