I haven't heard of this boiler before, but after doing some research it seems as if it is a three pass boiler, which means it is likely relatively quiet and more efficient than other boilers. Some of these boilers also come with a Recalculating Flue Gas technology, which means it is a "greener" boiler.
The one caveat is that since I haven't heard of these boilers whereas Weil-McLain and Burnham are well know brands so you may want to be sure that you will be able to get it serviced easily and so on.
I would also add that these boilers, from what I have read, max out at about 87 percent efficiency. Depending on price to install and complexity of install there are gas forced air furnaces that can achieve greater efficiency and may be less expensive to run.
Last, no matter which brand you end up choosing make sure you feel confident that the HVAC tech can do a good job on the install.
To keep legal happy, let me just say that I am not an HVAC contractor, and you should never even look at your furnace without having a qualified, liability accepting HVAC contractor present. To keep sales happy, let me just say that you can find an HVAC contractor that's happy to take your money here: http://www.furnacecompare.com/perl/find_contractors.pl.

I had one installed nearly seven years ago. It replaced a circa 1960 Crane Sunny Day monster. My oil consumption dropped from 800 gallons per year to just over 500 gallons per year. I live in Connecticut. The dealer I bought it from has long since been bought up. The mechanics who come every year to clean this thing can't believe how clean it is and how easy it's to clean. Guess what it also runs on a generator unlike some some other well known brands. Recommended
