What should be the temperature of coming out air?

I have 80 383KAV024070 Heating and Cooling System. I believe it is broken. The temperature of out-coming air is 110-110 deg,F. The landlord thinks that it is fine.( I can only read on the sticker that the design max outlet air temperature is 185deg,F.) Could you tell me, please, what the out-coming air temperature should be?
