These are fairly good furnaces with a relatively high efficiency rating. With proper maintenance they should be expected to last from 15 to 20 years. Things to look out for are the obvious such as dirty filters and dirty burners. Also look for decrease in heating or for any unusual sounds or if it becomes noisy over time. Another thing to look for is energy bills that creep up. This could indicate a performance issue.
However, the most important piece is regular maintenance and watch out for a furnace if it begins to have regular repair needs.
To keep legal happy, let me just say that I am not an HVAC contractor, and you should never even look at your furnace without having a qualified, liability accepting HVAC contractor present. To keep sales happy, let me just say that you can find an HVAC contractor that's happy to take your money here: http://www.furnacecompare.com/perl/find_contractors.pl.
