The answer depends on which model you have, and which filter you want to replace.

Double-check the following information in the manual, which is here: http://globalimageserver.com/fetchDocument.aspx?id=8cd49988-952d-43a9-9e96-9e14dab85740

The RGRC-04, RGRC-06 and RGRC-07EM all take a 15 3/4" x 25" x 1" filter on both the bottom and the side. This filter on Amazon is a very close fit: http://www.amazon.com/16x25x1-Accumulair-Platinum-1-Inch-Filter/dp/B009OPE4OK/

The RGRC-07ER, RGRC-09, and RGRC-10 all take a 19 1/4" x 25" x 1" filter on the bottom and a 15 3/4" x 25" x 1" filter on the side. See the previous URL for the 15 3/4 x 25 x 1" filter.
