Not sure what you mean by Comm Fault. If it is communication fault then perhaps it is not getting a proper signal from the thermostat. If the problem is just that the blower starts up, but then quickly stops it could be a number of things from a dirty filter to a problem with the blower motor of some sort such as a lack of lubrication or the motor is about to fail.
There isn't very much info out there for Frigidaire and their website doesn't offer owner's manuals or much documentation. They do, however, say that if the furnace stops running you should call a local certified HVAC tech and then links to this page: http://www.frigidaire.net/v/dealers/?blank. So not much help there either.
That said, it does seem like you will need a tech to come in and it is highly recommended that unless you are an experienced HVAC tech that you not try to fix your furnace as a DIY project as it could be dangerous and make the problem worse.
To keep legal happy, let me just say that I am not an HVAC contractor, and you should never even look at your furnace without having a qualified, liability accepting HVAC contractor present. To keep sales happy, let me just say that you can find an HVAC contractor that's happy to take your money here: http://www.furnacecompare.com/perl/find_contractors.pl.
