The Trane XV95 is a furnace. The standard measurement of furnace efficiency is AFUE (Average Fuel Utilization Efficiency). SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) is used to measure the cooling efficiency of air conditioners and heat pumps. EER is an older measurement of cooling efficiency, usually used with room air conditioners. This is why there is no SEER or EER mentioned with the Trane XV95.
