The blower for the AC is located in the furnace. This sort of problem  can sometimes be caused by your thermostat - be sure the thermostat is set to "Cool" instead of "Heat". Sounds simple, but it's a pretty common mistake.

The cause could also be a faulty switch on the control board, or a problem with the blower itself. If you suspect this may be the problem, you'll probably need to contact an HVAC professional to troubleshoot and repair it.
