Surprisingly it was hard to find an owners manual for the Payne PG9MAA (perhaps someone has a good link), but if you have your owner's manual it will list the location of the filters and their size. You can also use this link to go to an installation manual for the Payne PG9MAA and look at the top of page 27 to find the correct sizes: http://www.xpedio.carrier.com/idc/groups/public/documents/techlit/im-pg9m-10.pdf?SMSESSION=NO.

There is one BIG caveat to using the installation manual: it is written for HVAC techs so do not try to move your furnace or perform any additional maintenance other than removing and cleaning or replacing the filter(s).

Once you know the size(s) filter you need there are a number of online shops where you can find replacements.

To keep legal happy, let me just say that I am not an HVAC contractor, and you should never even look at your furnace without having a qualified, liability accepting HVAC contractor present.  To keep sales happy, let me just say that you can find an HVAC contractor that's happy to take your money here: http://www.furnacecompare.com/perl/find_contractors.pl.
