First, are you able to see an error code, which should be on an LED or similar display on the furnace?

If you go here and look at pages 12, 16 you can find a list of error codes and their meaning as well as other troubleshooting information.

Once you have found the error code you will have some idea of the nature of the problem. However, unless you are a trained HVAC technician you should not try to fix the furnace yourself. You could damage the furnace and it is dangerous. To find a qualified technician in your area you can go here: http://www.furnacecompare.com/perl/find_contractors.pl.

Other than the above, without more information it is hard to say with any specificity what the problem could be since the range is fairly large.

To keep legal happy, let me just say that I am not an HVAC contractor, and you should never even look at your furnace without having a qualified, liability accepting HVAC contractor present.  To keep sales happy, let me just say that you can find an HVAC contractor that's happy to take your money here: http://www.furnacecompare.com/perl/find_contractors.pl
