Is there suppose to be one pipe going outside for the exhaust and another one for the intake?

Can the intake pipe and exahaust pipe be the same on the Amana Air Command 90% efficiency furnace?

Here is the link to the Amana 80-90% AFUE installation guide. On page 50 it begins to cover venting. Based on the charts I saw, it appears there is an intake and a flue (two separate pipes). If you're still unsure, I would recommend contacting your contractor about the installation.
