This error code usually means there is an air flow problem. Possible causes are a dirty air filter, a faulty blower motor, or a problem with the control board. A dirty filter can usually be replaced by the homeowner, but a blower or control board problem usually will require the skills and training of a heating contractor. If changing your furnace's filter does not take care of the problem and you'd like to contact a contractor to take a look at it, we can help you find one, here.
