My XR90 is not putting out heat just blowing air, plus the red light on the control board is blinking weakly. What is wrong with the unit

This question was created on the page: https://www.furnacecompare.com/furnaces/trane/xr90.html.

The unit is a transfer XR90 and it is only 6 years old. Problem is last night it stopped blowing hot air and started blowing cool air only even though its set to 70F. Fuses are all good as far as I know but on the controls border inside a small red light is dimly flashing. Can any one tell me what is going on please

There are a few things you should check based on the troubleshooting guide. First you should make sure the pilot light is lit. Second if the pilot light is lit, you should check your units filters. Clogged air filters can significantly hinder performance. If the pilot light is lit and the air filter is clean, I suggest contacting a licensed contractor to look at it. If you need assistance finding a contractor, furnacecompare has a locator feature.
