Is this a properly sized air conditioner

I have air conditioner that has been running between 4-5 cycles an hr for 10-14 mins on the hottest of days. I am concerned that 1. system might be too big 2. wrong refrigerant charge 3. Improperly sized ductwork or 4. bad insulation .it cools well and have not had problems with humidity but I am worried if the unit is not operating at is rated efficiency thus raising my energy bills. thoughts
