You might just need an adjustment to the fan motor, tightening of loose screws if motor (or whole unit) is wobbling, or a replacement motor if it can't be rebalanced / secured into place. This should be a few hundred dollars rather than a few thousand for a whole new furnace. If you have a "clunk" when the furnace turns on/off, you might also check your humidifier. I had one that needed a replacement water valve - about $25 part and an easy fix.
