My furnace is making a loud noise. Sound like it's going to fall apart. Do. Need a new furnace.

This should be a few hundred dollars rather than a few thousand for a whole new furnace. If you have a "clunk" when the furnace turns on/off, you might also check your humidifier. I had one that needed a replacement water valve - about $25 part and an easy fix.
