How do I change the filter on the Amana Air Command 90?

Post created: 2014-11-07 Type of Equipment: Furnace Views: 1260

This question was created on the page: https://www.furnacecompare.com/furnaces/amana/air-command-90.html.

I need to change the filter on this Air Command 90 Furnace but can't find access to it on the outside of the unit.

Depending on the type of air flow configuration of your Amana Air Command 90 the air filter may not be found in the furnace unit itself. Filters can be installed in the central return register, the bottom of the blower compartment (upflow only), a side panel external filter rack kit (upflow only), or the ductwork above a counterflow furnace.

For a replacement filter see the chart below which depends on the air flow configuration and the width of the unit.
