Overview of the XL13c
The Trane XL13c is a discontinued single-stage heat pump packaged unit with an efficiency of up to 13.00 SEER and 8.0 HSPF. It featured a Climatuff compressor for humidity control, and a patented Vortica blower provided advanced airflow and quiet operation. The aluminum Spine Fin coils were resistant to corrosion and leaks while delivering enhanced airflow. A steel cabinet with UV-resistant paint and Weather Beater top protected the unit against the elements.

"Don't buy from guyan heating and cooling, Logan, wv don't want to honor warranty"
My trane heat pump is 2 years old, the fan motor has burned up and cannot get them to stand by their warranty. Initially when they thought it was gonna be a profit for them they were really excited about replacing it, once they realized it was warranty work they are putting me off not answering the phone or returning calls because they say trane corp. can't find a fan to ship. I highly recommend go with another brand and do not let guyan heating and cooling do the work. If your from southern West Virginia go with a different company. Guyan Heating and Cooling is a very unprofessional company and very unreliable.

Trane AC Unit Model Number 2WCX3060A1000AA I owned this unit less than 2 months, and then the compressor goes out. When I contracted Trane, all they would offer is to the have the compressor replaced. I would expect Trane to replace the unit. I paid top dollar for the unit, and with less than 2 months of usage they are offering to dismantle and rebuilt the unit. This is unacceptable coming from a company that stands behind the word “reliability.”
