Very Satisfied

I am a H.V.A.C. salesman. I have been in the trade for 25 plus years. We took on the Payne line in June of 2011. We have had one bad compress in which the manufacturer replaced the whole unit within a few days. Sometimes that takes other manufacturer weeks. We have only had to warranty two coils. The coils were both in stock and delivered next day by our supplier. We have sold in excess of one hundred systems with very little problems. We are local here in Bay St. Louis Mississippi 39520. You can call with questions at 1-228-469-0477.

I have had this unit 4 months, very very noisy compared to what we had for 20 years before. Now leaking freon for the 2 time. In a month. I can believe this product is on the market.

We had a new Payne ph13n installed in July 2006. Since that time, we have had it serviced 7 times: schrader cup replaced, reverse valve replaced twice, reversing tube once, a new board, new sensor, and just constant recurring issues. Worst heat pump I have ever had in 20 years. I would never get this brand again.

Very Unsatisfied

Very unsatisfied, I had this unit ph13 installed since 2007 for $3,400. and my bills are still high since then. The unit emits strong bad smell like mildew in the winter when the heat being turned on. The compressor became rusted that causes the pryon to leak. The protective cover at the center top peeled off and rusted. This piece of junk should be made stainless steel instead. I called the installer and they did not return my call. not to recommend the heat pumps Payne. They don't save any money.
