"Very satisfied with this unit!"
We purchased this unit 2 months ago and we recently got our electric bill and it was half the price it normally is. The best benefit of this unit is having the 10 year no hassle warranty. We have been very satisfied with the efficiency and all of the functions the system has to offer.

"Great product, poor installs"
I had a Comfortmaker system installed a year and a half ago that performs flawlessly. Prior to installing, I was hesitant of the product, as I did not know much about the name other than that it was related to Carrier. Upon researching, and talking to a local contractor, I discovered that the Comfortmaker product was just as good as a lot of its related and unrelated brands, but was often not installed correctly, resulting in costly repairs. My system has given me no troubles, I have an amazing warranty, and I am very comfortable with my decision to go with Comfortmaker. Install it right and it will treat you right.

"Awesome heat pump"
Had a new Comfortmaker heat pump system with a variable speed air handler installed in my home. It was rated at a 15 SEER compared to my old 10 SEER. This has cut my utility bills at least 30%. The Comfortmaker ten-year no hassle warranty is hands-down the best on the market. I've had Comfortmaker systems in my last two homes with zero issues and great performance. I'm definitely a satisfied customer and would suggest this piece of equipment to anybody needing an upgrade or a fix.

"Very happy"
I had this installed last winter and after a full year with this equipment I have not had a single issue. The warranty was better than most. It is extremely quiet and helped lower my bills. I would recommend Comfortmaker to anyone.

Your cooling/heating system is just like a car. Proper tune ups mean the world and keeps your system efficient! If you switch you will never look back!

"Great Comfortmaker system"
I'm very satisfied with the Comfortmaker HVAC system. After researching this brand, I found that it is under the United Technologies brand umbrella, which includes Carrier,Bryant, Comfortmaker, and Tempstar. All brands are manufactured in the same facility with the same quality control across the board.

"Model # NXH560GKA Heat Pump"
A Comfortmaker heat pump was installed at my home on August 16, 2010. Two years and 7 months later, the service technician told me that the reversing valve was cracked and to replace it would cost $833.00. The coolant would cost $35/pound and require 13 pounds and the labor would be 4 hours, thus $833.00 for a Comfortmaker heat pump less that 3 years old. I called Comfortmaker customer service whereupon I received no satisfactory answers concerning how often this happened for this model or what could be the cause. There was no help whatsoever from customer service. This was entirely unsatisfactory as has been this Comfortmaker heat pump. The equipment was serviced every 6 months. Buyer beware, you will not get value from this equipment.
