"I own a Carrier heat pump; it's quiet and efficient."
I own a Carrier heat pump. It was nice and quiet in the beginning, but it does make noticeable whirring sounds now. I have a ten-year warranty on it, but I've only had it for about four years now. I haven't had anything break on me so far so I wouldn't know what to say about customer service on replacements and/or repairs. I usually keep it on low all the time, there's a huge difference in my electricity bill. I'd recommend this to a friend, but I might try something else since I've been meaning to try a new brand.

"The Perfect Temperature- Always!"
I have had this heat pump for about 3 years and it's been working perfectly! I love that we can program the "perfect temperature" for us and don't even have to think about the heat pump at all. It's been amazing as we haven't had to have repairs at all which has been awesome since we are on a tight budget. I also love that once I set the temperature that we desire it almost immediately goes into action to make it happen (way faster than our old one which wouldn't switch on for a few minutes). I would definitely without hesitation buy this same brand again and I have actually already recommended this to a couple of my friends who were building houses at the time. They went out and bought themselves an Infinity too and I've heard nothing but great reviews from them ever since! This was one of the best purchases/investments I have ever made for my family home and I am just grateful we went with a dependable brand. You won't regret this purchase- I promise!

"I am very satisfied with my heat pump."
I have owned my heat pump for about six months, I bought it to replace one my husband and I have had for at least 15 years or so. I love it, it saves us money and energy. This thing works great! My bills have actually gone down since my purchase of this heat pump. I have really no complaints about my heat pump, other than its a little large and a tiny bit loud. However once you get used to it, it's like its not even making a sound. I have yet to need repair as it's only six months old, but it still works exactly the same as the day we bought it. I would and will definitely buy the same brand possibly even the same model if it is still around. I give it a ten out of ten star rating, I am a very satisfied customer!

Other Infinity 19 Reviews

Among the very few online comments regarding the Infinity 19 is one on gardenweb.com from a homeowner asking for opinions on whether it is worth the extra money to buy the Infinity 20 instead of the Infinity 19. Opinions were mixed, with some comments saying that the price difference is too high to ever make up, while others seemed to think it might be worth it depending on the climate.
