Furnace Overview

A furnace is an HVAC system that can help keep you and your family warm during cold, harsh winters. It works by going through a heating cycle that helps transfer heat to the incoming air and move that air into the ductwork, allowing it to circulate evenly throughout your home. A Daikin furnace can help make your winters warmer and — when paired with a cooling unit — your summers cooler.

Very Satisfied

My new high-efficiency furnace is very quiet. I don't hear it run in heating or hear it light up. I appreciate a well-built product with a great warranty.

"Thank goodness for warranties!"

Our furnace was installed in January 2015 by the previous owners of our house. Soon after moving in (April 2015), our heating system started making a horrendous sound. Metal on metal squealing, reverberating through the ductwork. At 2 am. we called an HVAC company. The next day, they came out and tightened the fan. Two days later, more awful sounds. This time we called the company that installed the furnace, and they came out. They said the loose fan is a common issue, and that they seem to come from the manufacturer this way. Extra tightening, said if it happens again they'll replace the furnace. Turns out, this furnace has a ten year warranty! We've had to call one more time (so three calls in one year) for the fan becoming unbalanced (not loose), and they had to replace it. It seem to work okay, other than it sounds like a freight engine when it's running. It is so loud. We have a split level house, so it's only half a flight down to the furnace from the living room, and we can't hear the TV over the furnace without shutting doors. We probably wouldn't have installed this on our own, but it does seem to be an improvement over the 30 year old furnace in our last house!
