"Great lasting furnace I highly recommend"
I have owned a Legacy furnance for over 10 years now. It has given me no problems, just the basic annual maintenance is what I have done with it. I do wish it was a little quieter but it is not horrible. I would highly recommend this furnace. I would buy another when it's time.

"Thief and the idiot"
Signed a contract and paid cash. While installing my unit the installer put my burner under his coat. I called Bryant Jr. He refused to believe that his employee would steal and hung the phone up. I wouldn't recommend these guys based on the reviews. They're all negative. Wow, I can't believe it. Check the map app, check out the reviews.

"Excellent choice based on character"
Hyatt Harrell owns Scott's Heating and Cooling. He is the reason for my choice: In comparing online reviews of equipment I decided that, like almost everything else in life, relationship is vital. In this case, we needed a knowledgeable installer as much as top-rated equipment. Right smack in the middle of winter, our ancient heating system malfunctioned and was releasing carbon monoxide. Based on a previous business transaction, I decided to trust Hyatt. Great choice! He responded fast to our miserable situation. We followed his advice to the letter and couldn't be more pleased with our now toasty 100-year-old home. Hyatt and his crew installed a Bryant Legacy 16 Split System: an air-cooled condensing unit and coil with blower and a 120,000 BTU /96.2% efficient furnace. The A/C efficiency is 15.5 SEER. We also qualify for a $900 rebate with CPW based on the system we purchased. I believe that Hyatt treated us just as he would his own family. We are grateful to be warm and protected.
