"Only 3 years!"
After 3 years it started having delayed ignition problems. The tech cannot figure out how to fix it. Just a matter of time before the heat exchanger goes. Then Iíll replace it with a Weil Mclain!

"High Efficiency Expectations Exceeded"
This high efficiency boiler was installed in 2013 to replace an old fuel oil boiler that was converted to propane. There is absolutely nothing I do not like about this boiler. I never hear it run, but I know it is doing its job as the house reaches and maintains temperatures I never thought possible. It automatically adjusts based on the outside temperature to maintain efficiency. I have not needed any repairs yet. One of the best features is that at the end of the heating season, I just turn the two zone thermostats to off, no need to go down to the boiler and when I need heat again, simply turn the thermostat back on (this boiler is only for heat). I would scream my recommendations from the rooftop for all to hear, our heating bill improved by 30%! I know this boiler will likely last as long as we own our home, but if it needed replacement, I would certainly make the same purchase.

Absolutely flawless performance going into 3rd heating season. Replaced a cast iron oil-fired with two, tandem natural gas. Payback was less than 4 years and that includes a 600-foot run to connect to the gas main. Installers must know what they are doing and ours was terrific. Zero problems.

To be fair you must know that I am a professional installer of solely Triangle Tube Challenger and Prestige boilers. The other brands have caused me to become a die hard Triangle Tube fan. I have had such amazing results with this product. I'm amazed by some of the reviews I have read, most of the reviews read like its not even related to the boiler but poorly installed equipment. And, of course, reviews left by people who would not be happy with anything. For what it's worth, I owe in part the success of my business to Triangle Tube for the quality product that causes my customers to be happy Triangle Tube owners! By the way, read reviews on any other boiler then see what you think.

Crappy; but better; after approx 12 visits from installer, it actually stayed stable for 12 months; time will tell, but this product has produced expected function for 12 months; much less than its past!
