"DO NOT BUY!!!!"
This boiler was installed brand new this year (2017) ans has been nothing but problems ever since. It goes out continuously and when it is rebooted, it will only work for an hour before going out again. Do not buy this boiler, stay away. Our installer has been here numerous times and has has tech on the phone trying to fix this thing, but to no avail. It was installed correctly so it is not his fault. Rinnai needs to step up and go above and beyond to fix this problem, but so far, they haven't done a thing to correct this. This will be the absolute last time I ever but anything with the Rinnai name on it.
Other Q Series Reviews
There are very few online comments regarding the Q Series on HVAC forums. A member on heatinghelp.com commented that he has installed several Q Series boilers and they are decent but he prefers the Buderus GB and Triangle Tube Solo.
