We purchased the Dunkirk vlt in January 2014. The efficiency and money savings was great, but it didn't offset the later breakdown and inadequate warranty. 1.5 years later, the valve at the top leaked and the boiler filled with water. This happened at one of the coldest part of early 2016. I called the company, and guess what - not warrantied! The HVAC folks who installed fixed it but said we needed a new part. When they finally received the part, they installed it and told us that it will need this part and/or a tune up probably every year or two! Several hundred dollars a year in maintenance? Ridiculous!! The inside is still all rusty.

"Unsatisfied with company and equipment"
Bought this boiler system in 2013 in use for 3 winters had 3 electronic components fail and they claim it is not under warranty. Now I have a bill for $2000.00 to fix this system. I have Never been this unsatisfied with any company I have ever used. No one should use this boiler because Dunkirk does not back their product.
