"Crown Boiler is anything but a disappointment"
I have owned this boiler for about 8 months now and it hasn't let me down yet. It has been reliable and efficient. It is quiet and has required no maintenance at all. A little on the heavy side, but that's to be expected with a little bit bigger unit. There are smaller units if you want something smaller that doesn't weigh as much. This is something that I would recommend for anyone, just be sure to look and make sure it can handle the size of the house or building that you have. The lifetime warranty is a big bonus. It does come with a 1-year warranty and you can also purchase additional warranties if you want, but the way it's going for me I should have saved my money on that! The controls on the unit were easy enough for me to figure out. Another added bonus is the fact that I could hook it up with a water heater that could utilize the heat from it to heat the water instead of using more electricity or gas and therefore making my utility bills go up more.

"Boiler Truly Takes the Crown"
My boyfriend and I recently purchased and renovated a house to rent out. We were having a hard time deciding which boiler to install because sometimes the reviews can be mixed and unreliable. When visiting a friend, we noticed that he was using a Crown boiler. He said he was very satisfied, he had purchased it ten years ago and it was still working beautifully. We decided to look into the brand (we were leaning towards Bosch) and immediately were drawn into Bali's price and efficiency ratings. We decided to give it a try. Though it was a little on the heavier side, installation was quick and painless. The couple renting the house said that it works wonderfully. Cleaning it can be tricky because of stubborn residue, but that complication is incomparable to our overall satisfaction. Highly recommend it!

"Review on my Crown Boiler"
I have had my boiler for a little over 3 years. I like how it boils water very quickly and the fact that it is very efficient. I also like how high tech this boiler that I have is. Also another good thing about my boiler is that it is wastes very little energy. I don't like how it is hard to clean. I did at one point have to get my boiler repaired and this happened a year after I bought it. I had to get it repaired because it was coming apart and I needed someone to come and secure the screws. I was very satisfied with the repair because the repairman did a good job and the boiler screws were very secure and it didn't break apart or start wearing down anymore. I would definitely recommend this brand to a friend and I would definitely buy it again.

"It does what it does, which is fine."
I've had this boiler for about 4 years. I've moved into my new home in LA about 5 years ago, and noticed the old boiler in there was not really effective. I didn't exactly know which brand to look for as a replacement, but heard Crown is a very reliable choice. It is much better and more "high tech" than other choices. I can always adjust it to my liking and it wasn't difficult to set it up and adjust. However it was a little issue for me to take it down to clean it. I got a few scrapes and such, but no big deal. I like to say that it does what it has to do and it's great. I would recommend it someone, although I can't really compare it to any other brand, for I'm not sure about other brands. I think I'll keep this boiler and wont change it... because its good and I'm not gonna bother for looking for another.
Other Bali Reviews
There are very few comments regarding the Bali on HVAC forums. There are a few posts on heatinghelp.com which mention the Bali, but they are questions about sizing a unit and wiring an additional zone. On a post about power-vented units, a member states that the Bali is a solid unit and that he would lean toward the Crown over a Burnham Revolution, another power-vented model.
