Overview of the Luna 3 Comfort
The Baxi Luna 3 Comfort is a modulating wall-hung gas boiler with an efficiency rating of 85.5% AFUE. One of the two models of the Luna 3 Comfort, the 310 fi, is a combination heating and DHW boiler which prioritizes to domestic hot water and does not mix boiler water with domestic hot water. The nickel-chrome, stainless steel design of the premix burner and primary heat exchanger provide resistance to corrosion and low heat inertia. A direct vent and sealed combustion chamber provide quiet operation, and the Luna 3 Comfort is approved for closet installation.

Sold and installed by Bryan's Fuels in Orangeville. Nothing but trouble. We have been without heat for 2 months now waiting for a part. They can't seem to get the part. Terrible service. Let you freeze to death and don't come up with an alternative solution. Marathon is the distributor. They have no idea! This heat exchanger is warrantied for 10 years and started leaking after 3 years. Junk!

"Excellent Boiler that just gets it quietly done."
I installed and commissioned this Baxi Comfort 310Fi boiler 4 years ago in conjunction with the whole house heating system I built out. It is quiet, efficient, amazingly powerful - and heats my 2000 sq ft house in central Washington State absolutely effortlessly. The only issue I have had with it was an intermittent flue pressure sensor in November that I rapidly and easily diagnosed aided by the boiler's excellent built in diagnostics and then had the replacement sensor on my doorstep the following day - problem solved. A superb boiler, I found it easy to install. However it is important to understand this boiler properly and follow the installation and commissioning advisories provided by Baxi carefully, faithfully and to the letter.

"Piece of crap"
Nothing but problems for 5 years. Consistently leaks and no heat situations. Marathon Industries in Canada who distribute the Baxi are terrible to deal with. They never call back. Say they don't have any records of any issues despite having come to the site themselves twice. Advise never to buy a Baxi.

"Worst boiler ever"
I have had nothing but problems with this boiler since day one. I've only had it for 2 1/2 years, and I've spent thousands on repairs! It's very difficult to find anyone to work on it, and nothing is ever under warranty. I would be very interested in starting a class action suit. Seems like there are a lot of disgruntled Baxi users.

We don't have any stinking support or parts. Rude suppliers with phony inventory lists. The importer does not answer emails.

"Boiler making me poor"
I have owned my Baxi for three years now and have had to fix it twice a year. Last winter I went with out heat for a week cause they couldn't get parts and had to pay to get them express shipped. I put over $2000 worth of new parts into it and it once again is not working. I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their money on this product. It is a money pit.

I've had two Baxi boilers. The first one was in the house when I bought it. It worked well at first, had two sensors replaced once in 2 years. Then one day it quit, the cost of repair was about $5000. It was about 10 years old. Decided to replace it with a newer Luna 310f at a cost of $7000. It worked well for 4 years, had the pressure switch replaced once at a cost of $180. Now I'm in the same situation as before, it quit and needs major repairs. Bad investment.

"My boiler is crap"
I have had this boiler for 4 years in my house, it does not work well, ive had to have it repaired in the past year twice, I don't know why but it wasn't turning on when it should have been, I would never buy a baxi product again and I would never recommend it to anyone, it is a crap brand, it was brand new when I bought it and It has created nothing but problems please don't even buy this boiler, maybe other models by this brand are good but this one is not.

"Don't waste your money"
I've had this boiler for years and have had lots of problems. Since June, I will have had it serviced 3 times. Someone will be coming out tomorrow because I have no hot water again! And I haven't even gotten the bill from the last time they were here for the same problem. Don't waste your money on this brand!
