"Beware of micro-channel coils and Coleman customer service!"
Micro-channel condenser coils failed on a two-year-old 3 ton package unit. These coils fail very frequently and probably warrant a recall. Local supplier got the coil from Coleman under warranty, but it took weeks because Coleman doesn't keep them in stock. We requested a labor allowance through multiple channels and Coleman's customer service was unresponsive. Don't buy anything with micro-channel coils and don't buy Coleman.

"Quiet and attractive AC condensing unit"
We needed a quiet condensing unit with a small rectangular footprint to place between our house and the neighbor. This met our needs perfectly. It is also very attractive and compact. The quality build is excellent and durable. I wish that it was even quieter than 69db, but it was the best out there at the time. I highly recommend this unit.

"Great System"
I had a new Coleman AC5B system installed in my house complete with ductwork and a zoning package. I have two thermostats that control separate parts of the house to give me wonderful comfort and energy savings. It is quite comfortable and without one problem. I would recommend it to anybody as a system that will give you top quality at a reasonable cost.

"Great Unit"
We had a cce dealer (coleman certified expert) install our system, so we knew that they were qualified to install such a complicated system. To date this system has saved used close to 1,800.00 in annual utilities. I have a Echelon 16 seer air conditioner with the modulating 98% efficiency furnace installed 2 years ago and I have been very pleased. This unit delivers the heating and cooling in my home just as the cce company promised and is much quieter than my old unit. We will definitely recommend this unit to our friends.
