Thermal Solutions Boilers

Thermal Solutions Products, LLC, with headquarters in the state of Pennsylvania, manufacturers and sells copper-finned boilers and water heaters for commercial applications. Their product line, called Evolution, offers "real-life serviceability, an exceptional heat exchanger, advanced combustion design made simple, and unique timesaving controls." The company describes their product as a "compact quick-connect package with efficiencies of up to 88%." Another feature of Thermal Solutions boilers is "ultra low" NOx, which means the combination of nitrogen and oxygen emitted from the system.

Product Lines

Thermal Solutions' boilers include both indoor and outdoor types.

• Indoor Boilers: Evolution boilers include features such as being clean burning, having distinctive, easy-to-use controls, and having highly effective serviceability. They also tout header construction with no gaskets, super quite operation, a minimum heating surface of 6.6 sq. ft. per BHP, and a max 5 psi gas input. The Evolution line has six standard size models and three extended larger size models.
• Outdoor boilers: Evolution outdoor boilers feature the same design used for the indoor models but have all-weather panels with locks and UL approved encasements. The outdoor boilers are available in six sizes from 250,000 to 2,000,000 BTU. They can also be purchased with three firing modes: on/off, 2-stage, and full modulation, and in both single and three-phase voltages.

Thermal Solutions' Boiler Warranty

Thermal Solutions' boilers carry different warranties based on the parts. The burner is guaranteed for 10 years with limitations. The heat exchanger carries a 3-year limited warranty and a specific 10-year warranty against thermal shock. A full warranty should be available from your HVAC contractor.
